Lifting as We Climb
Transfer is a community effort. At Napa Valley College, our administrators, faculty, and classified professionals play a vital role in supporting students on their journey beyond community college.
Through sharing their own educational experiences, participating in transfer events, and serving as visible advocates, ACTS members help students see what is possible and feel supported in their goals. These connections build trust, motivation, and a stronger culture of transfer across campus.
Together, we lift as we climb by turning lived experience into student inspiration and action.
Who can join?
This transfer initiative is open to all Napa Valley College Administrators, Classified Professionals and Faculty.
What is it all about?
We are a network of transfer advocates that are excited to promote transfer by participating in transfer events and/or sharing their own college experiences with students.
Benefits!
Each member will be added to a directory, receive a certificate, and will be kept in the know for all transfer related activities. Most importantly, you will be empowering and inspiring students to reach their goals through sharing your educational journey.
